Role & responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives.
Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, job sites etc).
Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
Create monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs.
Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.
Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and
visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Recruiting experience
Knowledge of general principles of recruiting
Knowledge of staffing systems and tools
Experience in managing applicant data bases
Experience of applicant tracking systems
Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
Knowledge of applicable computer applications
Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
